The Prisoner, A 6 Hour Miniseries
Starring Jim Caviezel and Ian McKellen, The Prisoner is a 6 hour miniseries, a remake of the 1967 TV series. The subject is a man, which is trapped in The Village, a town. He doesn’t know why he is there, how he can escape and he is identified only as Number Six.
One major chance in this modern remake is that Six is no longer British, but an American, played by Jim Caviezel (center of the cast photo below).
While in the original series The Village was placed on the seaside, here it will be placed in the middle of a desert.
The Prisoner will air on AMC, starting from November.
