The British Science Fiction Association announced the nominees for the awards they give each year. The winners will be announced in London, on April 11, at Eastercon LX 2009.

A Star Wars fan took the time and created a map of all the known star systems. It’s pretty big, as you can see below, and it’s actually impressive.

Ricardo Montalban, the actor of Mexican origin that played the Khan character in Star Trek II, the movie and in the original series, has died. He was 88 years old. RIP.
