Ender’s Game, The Movie – Still Has A Chance
In the past, Orson Scott Card said that he wasn’t interested in a movie based on the bestseller Ender’s Game. Well, apparently there is still a chance for the movie to be made, according to its producer, Lynn Hendee.
“[Card] was not interested in a ‘tough-hero action film’ and refuses to condescend to green-screen Hollywood. Card imagines a ‘film where the human relationships are absolutely essential — an honest presentation of the story.’”
It’s great to hear that there is still a chance for this book to be made into a movie. Good for Card that he’s making sure it doesn’t become yet another Hollywood type movie.
